Summary

Goal: Design one of the most protective and user-friendly cases on the market for AirPods Pro Max under the Raptic brand.

Approach: Used durable EVA foam for the main body to ensure superior shock absorption and protection. Created a unique folding lid design with a secure metal clip, enabling quick and easy access while keeping the headphones safe when not in use. Integrated a hidden magnet that triggers sleep/wake mode automatically when inserting or removing the headphones, and added a carabiner option for convenient carrying, setting this case apart from standard market offerings.
